Recordable due to restrictions EE reports he was pulling an adjustable height mobile ladder platform B 1 stand and stepping backward across the tracks for a bottom roller hangar door when he rolled his left ankle causing discomfort He agreed to self care using cold packs OTC meds rest and elevation [REDACTED] EE called IM because there was no change in his condition and he wanted to be seen at a clinic The clinic diagnosed Left ankle sprain and released him with the following restrictions no lifting or pulling more than 20 pounds no climbing no operation of hazardous machinery or power tools no working heights wear air cast for support at work He has a f u with the clinic on [REDACTED] [REDACTED] EE had a follow up at the I and O clinic and was released with no restrictions
