What happened

TEAM MEMBER WAS USING THE OVERHEAD CRANE IN THE MACHINE SHOP TO LIFT SOME CHAINS AND AFTER UNHOOKING THE CHAINS THE WIRED PENDANT REMOTE GOT HUNG ON THE ASH BIN IN THE SHOP. WHEN THE WIRED PENDANT REMOTE COME UNHUNG IT STRUCK THE TEAM MEMBER ABOVE THE LEFT EYE CAUSING A LACERATION.
