[REDACTED] 's hand was pinched between the sugar sprinkleer guardrails and the wall. The sprinkler kept moving and caused a tear in the right middle finger

Injury or illness

laceration on right middle finger on the palm side of the finger. Local first aid and then employee went to emergency room. Received stitches.
