What happened

[REDACTED] was pulling out AFT jump seat. Door was closed. Passengers were on board. Security check had been performed. [REDACTED] walked back to their jump seat. While pulling jumpseat out and reaching arm over to start pulling on handle [REDACTED] felt strain. FA started to pull felt like a pulled muscle and had minor pain initially. After starting service [REDACTED] 's left shoulder started to radiate pain from the area.
