Employee was coming down the trailer was holding on to the door while climbing down slipped a little held on to the door and felt a pull or pop in left shoulder. There little bit of pain. Towards the end of the day it was a bit more painful. Iced it at home. Denied medical care. 5 18 went to cut the seal on a container. When squeezing the seal felt a sharp pain near his collar bone.
