What happened

Crew was on hotel shuttle to the airport for their report time. About 5 minutes out the shuttle driver was merging right and swiped a car on the right lane. Shuttle driver didn 't see the car because it was in his blind spot. [REDACTED] reported seatbelts were fastened. [REDACTED] stated no pain on initial impact but after they were onboard the aircraft [REDACTED] started feeling pain in her neck and shoulder on the left side.
