[REDACTED] had package and was getting out of the van

What happened

[REDACTED] stepped out of the sliding door of the van and with snow on the ground covering a hole did not realize it was as deep a drop as anticipated. That’s what [REDACTED] twisted right knee. Immediately after twist [REDACTED]’s knee popped and hurt but finished the route. Woke up the [REDACTED] with a knot on the back of the knee and soft at the front with muscle pull on the calf and was unable to straighten leg or put weight on it.
