At approximately [REDACTED] [REDACTED] ( [REDACTED] [REDACTED]) [REDACTED] was performing a PM work order on the shop bench to rebuild [REDACTED]1134 from the Ultrasys.He had compressed air hooked to it to retract the actuator stem in order to gain access to the adapter seals. The air supply was connected on the opposite side of the bench as it was being shared by another mechanic [REDACTED] who was rebuild
