Before the incident

EE was assisting guest on and off the tour ride When called putting VIP guest guest who have limited mobility or who do not feel comfortable walking on a moving Floor on the ADA tour ride car.

What happened

EE was helping a guest off the turntable at the VIP ramp when a guest lost his balance and fell into EE causing his to loose his balance and his right hand hit the control booth.
