What happened
Employee was moving aircraft brake rotors to the drill press to drill brake pads off. Employee used right arm to pick up parts off the rack and felt a sharp tingle in the right bicep. Employee proceeded to complete task. The [REDACTED] the employees ' arm was throbbing with pain and had developed bruising on bicep. Eventually employee was unable to lift right arm.
