IE WALKED AROUND THE [REDACTED] AND ACCIDENTALLY GOT HIS FOOT WRAPPED AROUND THE POWER CORD WHICH CAUSED [REDACTED] TO TRIP AND FALL OFF SIDE OF THE TRUCK LANDING ON THE CONCRETE GROUND. IE FELL FACE FORWARD AND LANDED ON BOTH HANDS AND ARMS AS WELL AS HITTING HIS HEAD ON THE CONCRETE. IE NOT SURE WHICH PART OF HIS HEAD HIT THE CONCRETE.
