On [REDACTED] at [REDACTED] EE mentioned that his back was tight but he didn’t think it was anything to worry about. On [REDACTED] at [REDACTED] EE reported... I was lifting a 500 side [REDACTED] and felt a stabbing pain in my back I figured it was just sore but I am in some extreme pain [REDACTED] and can’t stand up longer then 5 minutes before falling to my knees in pain I am going to the dr [REDACTED] to get some answers so I don’t think I’ll be able to make it in.
