Setting a stair stringer

What happened

The rigging on the stair stringer failed. This caused the stringer to swing hitting him in the head knocking him down and then landing on his chest and pelvis. He spent several days in the hospital and still is not working. He told us on [REDACTED] that even if he could come back to work here he was not going to. He wants to do something else moving forward. I put 77 days away from work but he is no longer employed here but is still not released to work. [REDACTED] was notified of this accident on [REDACTED].
