Before the incident
EE was removing wood from floor of trailer to prepare it for loading product. There were excessive amounts of nails to be removed as well as dust debris. EE was using a crow bar to remove the nails.

Dust on the floor of the trailer caused EE to lose footing. EE fell on their knee and landed in a splits type position.
