Before the incident

Injured loading 1006 the robot arm struck him in the the left forearm and bicep area . After inspection of the machine it appears the safety switch that turns off the robot arm to the right side was removed. [REDACTED] has replaced it. The operator was opening the door to run the right side not knowing the robot was running on the left. He was informed to not hand load anymore for the night but ignored the direction which caused his injury.
