Close contact 6ft or less for longer than 15 minutes for several interval providing pt care. Pt stated she had tested negative prior to coming to ER so EE removed her mask. However when test was repeated d t her symptoms pt had a positive PCR test. EE began with symptoms on [REDACTED] headache and as her symptoms worsen she tested on [REDACTED] which was positive LDW [REDACTED]
