Housekeeper mopped floor leaving wet with no yellow sign put out. I went to copier and L leg slid out from me towards bathroom door. I grabbed the copier to break or keep from completely falling to the floor. I did not fall all the way to the floor. Did pull L hip and inner thigh and lower back. Witnessed by XXX [REDACTED] and XXX CNA. Housekeeper went back over floor and mopped again and then put yellow sign out.
