During the period extending from the [REDACTED] to the 2nd day of [REDACTED] I got in conduct with a patient who later tested positive for COVID 19. Even after testing positive the patient would at times walk out of her room without a mask exposing staff and other patients to the infection. I strongly suspect I might have got infected during the course of my duty.
