What happened

EE was offloading a dolly truck. While pulling the train out of the trailer one of the FCOS dollies caught the inner lip of the trailer. This caused the tugger to come to an immediate stop which in turn slammed EE into tugger components. EE says his leg hit the metal frame of tugger.
