TM reported I had gone into the med room to pull item from supply pixis then going to head out of med room to ICU #! to mee Dr. [REDACTED] for a procedure. When I came out of the med room I turned left and a small trash can had been left in my path-I did not see it and it was out of place so I tripped and fell on my left elbow left and right knee .
