[REDACTED] came to the register and asked that I call an ambulance for him. He said that he had hurt his back and was in pain. I took him to the front of the store and called. He said he was crouched down about to stock canned goods and that a pain shot down his left side. He was afraid to try to bend over or further straighten himself at that point. He stood and waited but was visibly shaking.
