EE WAS PULLING A RESIN TRANSFER HOSE FULL OF WATER BETWEEN TANKS IN THE MOBILE FLOW UNIT THERE WAS EXTRA WATER WEIGHT IN THE HOSE AS THE EE DID NOT HAVE IT EMPTIED THE ADDITONAL WEIGHT CAUSED EE’S WET GLOVES TO SLIP OFF OF THE HOSE AND STRIKE THE LEFT [REDACTED] ON THE MAYWAY COVER BOLT THAT WAS DIRECTLY BEHIND THE EE.
