What happened

At approximately [REDACTED] [REDACTED] carrier was delivering his mail on [REDACTED] [REDACTED]. As he started delivering the mail he noticed his steering wasn 't working as it should. He called in to his supervisor and they called the VOMA to go out and check the power steering fluids. He did and it worked for a while however it went out again and he called again and we sent the VOMA out again. His shoulder started hurting but he continued to deliver the mail.
