What happened

Employee came into work and saw her carrier 's case leaning. I went to clerk to ask her to move the box and pallet jack. 2 employees and I were trying to fix the case so it didn 't fall over. An employee and I were fixing the shelves because they fell down. One of the shelves which is the top shelf fell over and hit me in the ear and head.
