PVS Driver was involved in an accident at the intersection of [REDACTED]; [REDACTED] head on collision. The driver was traveling northbound on [REDACTED] headed back to the plant and a vehicle coming out [REDACTED] on the South side of [REDACTED] came out the parking lot going [REDACTED] on [REDACTED] and somehow found themselves in the [REDACTED] traveling South. The PVS driver attempted to evade the vehicle traveling south in the northbound lane but the vehicle was traveling at a high rate of speed and hit the driver 's tractor head on.
