On [REDACTED] at [REDACTED]. Laboral Custodian was compacting cardboard at bay 37; when he was trying to move some boxes with the bar. The bar fell on his face scratching his nose making him bleed. The ambulance was called while giving him assistance in the meantime. He later got taken to NUMC nearby hospital. He got released at [REDACTED] with a doctor 's note that he can return to work.
