What happened

Employee was working cardboard there was a piece that was raised at the fold thus not allowing it to lay flat. The employee at around [REDACTED] used her foot to press down on the cardboard to flatten it out. The cardboard sprung backup causing her to lose her balance she then attempted to catch herself and injured her wrist. Employee has been taken to the hospital.
