What happened

At approx. [REDACTED]. City Carrier called me to inform me that he had been bitten by a dog. He stated that he was going to [REDACTED] to make a delivery and the German Shepherd lunged at him getting him on his upper left thigh. He stated that a woman was walking the dog with a male and she was not paying attention. That 's when the dog got his thigh. The woman asked if he was ok. He said the dog bit me. carrier allegedly went to look at the bite and the couple walked off.
