CCA was delivering mail at [REDACTED] when CCA was walking when the homeowner met CCA at the gate so he didn 't have to go up on the porch to put it in the mailbox. CCA handed the mail to the homeowner and while doing that the homeowner dog came running and jumped up and bite CCA on his hand.
