What happened

[REDACTED] [REDACTED] at [REDACTED] FT [REDACTED] was in the yard at [REDACTED] approaching mailbox to deliver. Main door was open leaving just glass screen door closed to the house. The dog charged the door and it opened. [REDACTED] said she backed away as the dog charged and before she could reach her spray the dog bit her right forearm. [REDACTED] had satchel and spray. No dog paw program no RIMS alert no dog warning card prior to the incident. RIMS alert and dog warning card created following incident.
