reported to work [REDACTED] [REDACTED] when giving her call times she told the supervisor she did not feel well and needed an hour of overtime her numbers did not reflect the need for an hour ot. While on the route she texted SPV she did not feel well an hour after that she brought the route back and went home she did not report this as an injury until from what I understand [REDACTED] when her shop [REDACTED] stated it was.
