Before the incident

Getting her DPS off the shelf

What happened

Rural Carrier was on the dock getting her DPS off the shelf. As she was grabbling the DPS she felt a pain in her left hand wrist area. Employee immediately notified management and her left hand had already started to swell and was much larger than her right hand. I provided ice to her and she wanted to wait a bit to see if the pain went down. It did not and she them asked to get medical treatment. Her husband picked her up and drove her to Lee Convenient Care where she received X-rays.
