What happened

on [REDACTED] [REDACTED] and a co worker carried and set up a large ladder in order to run CAT 6 cables for wkroom floor supv. podium. After putting ladder away pain was felt in [REDACTED] left side groin. He notified me around [REDACTED] and was on his way to walk in care around [REDACTED]. --Not to return to work until at least [REDACTED] [REDACTED].
