What happened

On [REDACTED] at approximately [REDACTED] I was performing my work duty as I was walking through the [REDACTED] As I was nearing the left side of [REDACTED] by the orange carts and cases I was struck in the hip. The package was about 7 foot tall and labeled heavy. My right hip was hit by package walking towards case. He was a witness to the incident I Believe the package was a safety hazard but I was unaware of the object until it struck me I am seeking medical attention.
