What happened

[REDACTED] while delivering mail was attempting to go up steps to location at [REDACTED]. As she attempted to go to the next step the front of her shoe caught the step above causing her to lose balance and fall forward on her right arm shoulder area. She was taken to near by hospital and received X ray. Resulting X rays showed that [REDACTED] broke her humorous bone in her arm.
