AT APPROXIMETLY [REDACTED] SHE USED THE TILT LIFT TO BRING A DOUBLE GAYLORD 72 INCHES BOX CLOSER TO THE MACHINE FROM MAIL STAGING AREA TO RUN PARCELS. UPON TILTING THE DOUBLE GAYLORD TOWARDS HER TO MAKE IT EASIER FOR HER TO REACH AND PLACE EACH PARCLELS UNTO THE BELT THE DOUBLE GAYLORD BUSTED OPEN AND PARCELS FELL ON employee 's body STRIKING HER FROM HEAD TO TOE.
