Employee was helping a resident toilet. Residents pants were stuck under the toilet seat. Employee explained to the resident that she was going to pull their pants down to get them out from underneath the toliet the resident went and headbutted employee knocking her in the head and pushing her front teeth back. Employee did not recieve any cares the day of injury.
