The employee was distracted speaking with another employee who was moving a baker 's cart. As the employee walked ahead to finish their task the cart struck their leg.

What happened

On [REDACTED] around [REDACTED] athlete was assigned to working on shorts and recounts throughout the mod. The athlete was in aisle close to [REDACTED] and H aisles. As the IC athlete was walking in the mod a putaway athlete with the baker’s cart went to pass them. The athlete then got distracted by their fellow peer (the putaway athlete) that was pulling a baker 's cart in the same aisle and went to converse with the putaway athlete. Both athletes being walking and talking while pulling the same bakers ' cart that belonged to the [REDACTED] athlete. The IC athlete mentioned they thought the cart twisted from the backside of the bakers ' cart toward them when the putaway athlete went to pass them up in the aisle they were both in at the time. As a result of the putaway athlete speeding up to pass the IC athlete in the aisle and finish their job assignment; the IC athlete failed to anticipate the bakers cart passing them up and the athlete was struck by the bakers’ cart behind the l
