Repetative motion from lifting bending pushing [REDACTED] went to Urgent Care for her friend.She thought that since she was there she would try to get an anti-inflamatory for her back. She let the doctor know that ever since she started working at Trader [REDACTED] 's her back has started hurting and she wanted an anti-inflamatory to help make her back feel better.The doctor nurse let her know that this was a workers comp claim and treated the injury that way.This was against [REDACTED] told the doctor she didn 't want to report it as a Workers Comp claim.The doctor nurse persisted. [REDACTED] has paperwork returning her to full duty as of [REDACTED] and will bring it in at the start of her next shift which is [REDACTED] [REDACTED].
