Crew member was breaking down a pallet and when another crew member was handing her the box of frozen korean beef ribs as she was lowering the box to the floor she strained her back as she was getting back up.

Crew member felt pulsing and heat down the back end of her left leg down to her foot immediately after lifting a box containing frozen korean beef ribs that weighed over 35 lbs. Pain got worse as her shift progressed. Felt a lot of pulling in her back.
