While going over the threshold the wheel of [REDACTED] 's DFN table got caught in a groove and tipped over onto [REDACTED]. She fell backward and the product spilled onto her. The boxes twisted her right ankle and while she was falling she braced herself with her hands and her watch dug into the top of her left wrist.
