Before the incident

[REDACTED] was unloading new shopping carts from delivery truck in the loading dock. After lowering the lift gate [REDACTED] was lowering the lift gate flaps and was underneath the truck when the driver pushed more carts over the edge of the truck falling off and striking him. Mate [REDACTED] caught some of the carts also injuring his hip and leg.
