Before the incident

While in the freezer I was moving a U-boat to the side to make more space to bring in back stock when the u boat toppled over I tried to catch it before it all fell over further hurting my back in the process.

The whole lower portion of my back feels very stiff when moving around. if I put to much weight or move in certain directions I feel a sharp pain that shoots up my back.
