What happened

EE reported into work 4 hours [REDACTED] at [REDACTED]. Within 5 minutes of the start of his shift he reported a workplace incident to his supervisor. Reportedly he rolled his ankle when he stepped on blue clips on the floor. There were no witnesses and unfortunately we have no working cameras in the area.
