What happened

WHEN DISCONNECTING THE FOUNTAIN MERCHANDISER THE ICEOMATIC DOOR ON THE ICE MACHINE CAME OFF AND STRUCK HIM IN THE HEAD. THE DOOR IS SET UP TO SIT ON THE HINGE BUT THERE ARE TWO SCREWS AT THE BOTTOM OF THE DOOR THAT WERE NOT TIGHTLY SECURE.
