EMPLOYEE WAS LOADING A MACHINE FROM A CART TO A PALLET. HE HAS TO PUT ONE FOOT ON BACK OF CART TO PUSH. THE MACHINE A NAIL AS HE PUSHED IT AND HE FELT A JERK FOLLOWED BY IMMEDIATE PAIN ON THE RIGHT SIDE OF HIS BACK. HE WOKE UP THE NEXT DAY WITH LOWER BACK PAIN WORSE ON THE RIGHT SIDE
