Employee was using an overhead hoist to position and place a [REDACTED] single spindle deck on the build stands saw horses for final assembly.

The deck was not placed squarely or appropriately balanced and sat at an angle and slid on the build stands. Since the deck was still attached securely to the overhead hoist there was no risk of the dick falling or sliding significantly out of position. The deck coul 've been raised via the hoist and repositioned however the employee decided to place their knee under the side skirt of the deck to attempt to hold and position the deck.
