An employee at tube mill #1 had his hand crushed between a tube and the backstop of the outfeed table. The incident occurred when the employee moved a scrap tube from the exit table to the scrap bundle. While doing so he grabbed the end of the tube and was struck by the next tube coming off the line which pushed his hand and the tube into the backstop.
