What happened

EE stated that she was grabbing a label from a [REDACTED] bagger. she pushed the e-stop and them put her hand thru the bottom of the bagger and the table came forward. She took her hand out immediately and she saw that she had blood. the table that came forward had pinched her thumb in the machine.
