What happened
Employee was cutting dried up lemon trees a task that he has done before. He was cutting a branch that was about the same height as his waist in a downward motion standing on the left side of the branch as he finished cutting the branch it fell down pulling the chainsaw down with it and landing on his leg above his knee.
